Input data is processed temporarily and not stored. We retain no records of names submitted for screening.

You are responsible for ensuring lawful use and compliance with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms or non-payment.

We store your email, subscription status, and support communications as necessary for service delivery.

You may contact us to delete any account or support-related data. API screening data is automatically ephemeral.

Data may be processed in the US and EU with appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
